Fifteen modules that were born in the same room.
Sonaris isn't a suite. It's one application whose modules share a database, a permission model and a single idea of who your customers, collaborators and clients are. Below, what each one does and how it leans on the others.
The same building, different rooms.
A module rail on the left, a module nav beside it, your work in the middle. Switching from a deal to its project to the invoice is a click, not a new tab. The shell remembers where you were in every module.

Flows. The automation layer that isn't an integration.
Every module publishes triggers and actions into Flows. You draw a graph — when this, if that, then these — and the engine runs it inside the same database the rest of the app uses. No API keys, no polling, no per-task fees, no "the zap broke".
Versioned. Every edit is a new version; roll back any time.
Observable. Each execution has a log you can read line by line.
Safe. Circuit breakers and execution limits stop a runaway flow before it stops you.
Shareable. Start from a template catalogue or share flows between workspaces.
Conditional. Branch on any field, interpolate any variable, call out over HTTP when you need the outside world.
Where the work gets made.
Boards, phases and templates for client and internal work.
Every release, campaign, shoot or retainer is a project with sections, tasks, owners and phases. Spin one up from a template or from records that already exist — a deal, a brief, a booking — and it arrives already linked to them.
- Board, list and timeline views with saved lenses
- Phases that can trigger flows when they advance
- A chat room, files folder and docs per project
- Guest access so clients see their project and nothing else
Discovery
Design
Delivery
Living documentation, drafted where the work is.
Handbooks, briefs, specs and process docs organised into docsets with search, a sidebar and a table of contents. Link a doc from a task, a project or a client portal and it stays one source of truth.
- Docsets with full-text search
- Rendered markdown with embeds
- Share with guests or publish to a site
An infinite board for thinking out loud.
Moodboards, campaign maps, storyboards, mind-maps. Standalone, or hosted as a tab inside a project so the thinking lives next to the doing.
- Shapes, sticky notes, images and connectors
- Project-hosted or free-standing
- Embed on a site page
Runbooks for the steps you never skip.
Build a library of templates — release day, client onboarding, studio turnover, compliance — then attach a checklist to any record: a task, a project, a booking, a deal. A completed checklist can trigger a flow.
- Libraries and templates
- Attachable to anything
- Completion as a Flows trigger
Every asset, versioned, attachable, shareable.
Folders per workspace and per project, a folder tree in the module nav, version history on every file and share links you can revoke. Anything in Sonaris can carry attachments — tasks, contacts, orders, messages — and they all land here.
- Versioning and previews
- Attachments on any record
- Share links with expiry

- Deals and pipelines with stage automations
- Tickets with SLAs and automations
- Segments, newsletters and campaigns
- Booking pages with deposits via Commerce
- CSV import and relationship mapping

Shared inboxes, filed against the contact.
Internal mail for the asynchronous conversations — sales, support, studio bookings — with subjects, participants, read state and ownership. Every conversation sits on the contact it belongs to, so the whole team has the context.
- Shared inboxes per team or purpose
- Internal notes alongside the thread
- Transfer, assign and close
Real-time rooms for the workspace and every project.
Channels and DMs with presence, threads and file drops. Each project gets its own room, clients can join as guests, and flows can post into any channel when something happens elsewhere in the system.
- Channels, DMs and project rooms
- Guest participants
- Flows post updates automatically
Capture leads and briefs straight into the machine.
A form builder whose submissions become contacts, deals, tickets or briefs the moment they arrive. Embed forms on your Sonaris site or anywhere else.
- Drag-and-drop fields and validation
- Public submissions, spam-safe
- Submissions as Flows triggers
A public face for you and your workspace.
Each person and each workspace gets a profile — the thing other Sonaris workspaces see when you post a brief or send a proposal. Invite clients as guests so they can see their project, chat and files without a paid seat.
- Person and workspace profiles
- Guest seats at no charge
- Reputation from Marketplace reviews

- Visual page editor and a code editor for template pages
- Theme gallery, custom domains, SEO and redirects

Products, services, orders and contracts.
The catalog and the money objects. Physical products with variants and stock, digital products that deliver themselves, services with packages and bespoke contracts with milestones. Sell through your storefront, the Marketplace or by hand — every channel writes the same order.
- Products, variants, SKUs and stock
- Digital delivery, discounts, shipping and tax
- Services, packages and contracts with escrow
Checkout, invoices, escrow and payouts.
Connect a bank account once and every channel pays into it. Contracts hold funds in escrow until a milestone is accepted. Storefront sales carry no Sonaris commission.
- Stripe-powered checkout and connected payouts
- Escrow on Marketplace contracts
- Transaction history on every record
Hire other workspaces. Or get hired.
A two-sided marketplace between Sonaris workspaces. Post a budgeted brief, receive proposals, contract with escrow, review when it's done. Or publish your own services and let briefs find you. Everything flows into the same projects, chat and payments you already use.
- Briefs, proposals and matching
- Public or invite-only
- Contracts, escrow and reviews
A few of the hundreds of threads between modules.
| When this happens… | …this module | …already knows, so |
|---|---|---|
| A form is submitted on your site | CRM | a contact and deal exist, tagged by source, before you've seen the email. |
| A deal moves to Won | Projects · Commerce | a project is created from the service template and a contract is drafted from the deal value. |
| A project phase advances | Flows · Sites | the launch flow runs and the store page publishes itself. |
| An order is placed | Commerce · CRM · Chat | stock adjusts, the buyer is tagged, the download is delivered and #sales hears about it. |
| A client books a session | Commerce · Checklists · Projects | the deposit is taken, the room checklist is assigned and a task lands on that day's board. |
| A contact goes quiet | Messages · CRM | a follow-up is drafted in the inbox and the owner is nudged. |
| A proposal is accepted in the Marketplace | Commerce · Payments · Projects · Chat | a contract with escrow exists, a project is created and both workspaces share a room. |
| A ticket goes unanswered | Chat · CRM | the support channel is pinged and the ticket is reassigned. |
