One price. Everything.
A seat is a person in your workspace. That's the whole pricing model. Every module, every feature, no tiers, no add-ons, no "talk to sales" for the parts you actually want.
Add a seat when you add a person. Remove it when they leave. Guests — clients, collaborators, artists you invite into a project — are free.
- All fifteen modules — Projects, CRM, Sites, Commerce, Flows, Messages, Chat, Docs, Canvas, Checklists, Files, Forms, Payments, Marketplace, Profiles
- Unlimited projects, tasks, contacts, deals, docs, canvases and checklists
- Website builder with custom domains and a storefront, no Sonaris commission on your sales
- Flows automation with every trigger and action, versioning and execution logs
- Shared inboxes, real-time chat, forms and public booking pages
- Guest seats for clients at no charge
- Marketplace access to post briefs, send proposals and get hired
- Export your data whenever you like
Six seats. Twelve clients invited as guests to their projects, chat rooms and files. One public site with a store. Two shared inboxes.
$120 / MOor $1,200 / year on the yearly plan.
Contracts completed through the Sonaris Marketplace carry a platform fee of around 10% (lower for some categories such as digital products), which covers escrow, dispute handling and payouts. Your own storefront, invoices and direct contracts carry no Sonaris fee — only the card processor's.
Email sends, storage and AI generation are included within generous fair-use limits. We'll tell you well before you get anywhere near them, and we'd rather talk than surprise you.
The same person, elsewhere, is six line items.
Most tools charge per user, so a five-person team pays five times for the CRM, five times for chat, five times for projects, five times for docs. Sonaris charges once, for the person.

The things people actually ask.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is a member of your workspace: someone on your team who signs in and works across modules. Each member costs $20 a month or $200 a year.
Guests don't use a seat. A guest is someone from outside — a client, an artist, a freelancer — invited into specific projects, chat rooms, docs or files. They see what you share and nothing else, and they're free.
Is every module really included?
Yes. All fifteen modules are available to every workspace on every plan, including Flows automation, the website builder with storefront, shared inboxes and the Marketplace. There are no module add-ons and no feature tiers.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Not on your own storefront, invoices or direct contracts. You pay the card processor's standard rate and nothing to Sonaris. The only Sonaris fee is on contracts completed through the Marketplace, where it covers escrow, dispute handling and payouts.
How does billing work when people join or leave?
Seats are prorated. Add someone mid-month and you pay for the days they're there; remove someone and the credit applies to your next invoice. Yearly plans work the same way, prorated against the year.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Create a workspace, invite your team and use every module. You don't need a card to start, and you'll only be asked for one when you're ready to keep going.
Can I bring my data from other tools?
Contacts, deals and lists import from CSV, which every CRM exports. Products and orders import in the same way. Sites are rebuilt with the theme gallery and section editor — usually faster than you'd expect, because the content already exists. See the switching guide for the full picture.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Contacts, orders, projects, docs and files export in open formats. It's your business; the system just runs it.
Are there limits on projects, contacts or storage?
Projects, tasks, contacts, deals, docs, canvases and checklists are unlimited. Storage, email sends and AI generation are covered by fair-use limits generous enough that normal creative businesses never meet them. If you're an outlier, we'll talk to you first.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits, collectives or education?
Yes. Write to [email protected] and tell us what you do.
Where is my data hosted and is it secure?
Every workspace is isolated at the database level with role-based permissions on every module. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up continuously, and never used to train anything.
$20 a seat. That's the pitch.
No pricing page tricks, no feature matrix with forty rows of crosses. Create a workspace and see for yourself.
